Magnetic Float Level Transmitter are made for continuous Level measurement of liquids. Transmitter consists of array of magnetic sensors enclosed inside a sealed stem. A magnetic float traverses up and down between the operating range with the rise and fall of liquid Level. The magnetic float actuates the magnetic sensor circuitry inside the stem. The output value of array changes in corresponds to rise and fall of liquid Level, this output value of array is sensed by a transmitter circuitry which converts the signals into 4-20 mA current output proportional to the liquid Level inside tank. The transmitters are made in various lengths in SS or PP construction. Due to its easy mounting, different material of construction & reliable operation these transmitters are widely used for Level measurement of various liquids, including liquids having foam or fumes inside their storage thanks.

Advantages of Radar Level Transmitter
Today's high-frequency radars are generally radar level gauges that operate in the K-band (24-26 GHz).
The higher the radar's operating frequency, the shorter the electromagnetic wave wavelength. The easier it is to have better reflections on inclined solid surfaces The narrow beam width can effectively avoid obstacles, and the high frequency can also make the radar using a smaller antenna.
The FMCW FM continuous-wave microwave level meter transmits and receives signals at the same time, and more microwave signals are emitted at the same time.
The solid wave measurement can reduce the wave loss phenomenon in the measurement of high dust solid silo.
Therefore, the solid-state mid-and high-frequency FM radar, as a level gauge and level transmitter, can provide accurate and reliable measurements, and is also well used in media such as PP powder and PE powder in the chemical industry. However, due to technical limitations, there is currently no high-frequency radar level gauge that works above the K band.
Radar Level Transmitter Used in Some Large Solid Silos
Nowadays, what troubles users in the field of level measurement is the level measurement of some large solid silos, especially for silos that are filled with dust and disturbance within 50/100 meters. Related technical instruments such as capacitors or guided wave radar TDRs will be subjected to strong tensile loads when the material level drops during unloading, which may damage the instrument or pull down the roof of the silo.
Heavy hammers often have problems with buried hammers and require frequent maintenance, as do most other mechanical instruments. The high dust conditions may exceed the capabilities of the non contact ultrasonic level sensor measurement system. High-frequency FM radar technology is especially suitable for level measurement of this large solid silo.

Pyrotron Capacitance Level Sensor is a versatile & economical mode of measuring continuous liquid level inside a tank or open pits. With ease of installation & various rod / flexible cable probe versions, this transmitter is suitable for long operating range. Transmitter is classified into two versions - sheathed probe version is suitable for conductive liquid and un-sheathed probe version is suitable for non-conductive liquids. In both versions probes are available in solid rod or flexible cable rope construction. The transmitters works on capacitance technology, where tank, liquid & measuring probe together forms a capacitor. In conductive liquids the measuring probe is covered with a sheath material forming an insulator. Tank along with liquid forms a reference probe & transmitter probe becomes main probe of capacitance thus formed. Dielectric value of insulator changes with change in liquid level & hence the value of whole capacitance thus formed also changes. This change in capacitance value is converted into liquid level by getting a linear current output of 4-20 ma. In case if tank is made of non- conductive material (such as rcc, plastic) then a reference probe is required along with main measuring probe.
